On our premier episode we Zoom with our friend and noted mid-Atlantic cycling community character, Steve, to discuss his first and last race of the 2021 reason, the Huracan 300+ ultra-endurance bike-packing race in Ocala, Florida. An event as unique and entertaining as Steve himself, the Huracan is considered the ultimate off-road endurance event in Florida, featuring over 100 miles of single track, remote doubletrack forest roads, deep water crossings, plenty of critters, and more sand than is present in the rest of the world.
